dxgkrnl.sys Blue Screen unsure if it is graphics drivers or not.

As stated in the forum title I am unsure if the blue screen I have been receiving is a graphics driver, or if it's a faulty graphics card. This blue screen happens randomly, and seems to only happen when gaming for prolonged periods of time.

What is weird is that the blue screen happens while I'm playing league of legends. League is not necessarily the most demanding of games when it comes to graphics processing, so I'm not sure why I would be blue screening while playing this game. I highly doubt it's an overheating issue, but I have not been able to really tell if it is or not. The random BSOD's make it hard for me to tell when and if I'm going to crash.

This screen shot is what I was able to pull up using bluescreen view. I have no clue what any of this means. Upon searching, I did find some people saying this was a driver issue, but I'm not sure.

If this is indeed a graphics card issue, I'm just going to go to my local Best Buy and buy a new GTX 780, I don't want to have to spend the money, but I also don't want to keep experiencing random BSOD's in the middle of a ranked match in league.

Before you offer this, yes I have updated to the most recent drivers, and no it has not fixed the issue.
