Dying Motherboard?? Please Help

I am on windows 10 and the past week my PC has been crashing alot. I have gotten alot of Blue screens of deaths whenever i play games. Also my computer would start and it would be on but nothing would show on the monitor, So i turned it off and later on when I turned it on it started turning on for 2 secs then turning off, then turning on and shutting off. Stuck in that cycle.

My Cpu is overclocked (i5 3570k 4.5 Ghz) and has been for over a year and never got a blue screen. Today I tested my 16Gb Ram (2 Sticks) and whenever I stick 1 ram stick into this slot on my motherboard, my computer would say I have 8Gb of ram instead of 16. So I put the ram into another slot and then it said I have 16GB. So it cant be the ram. Dead ram slot on the motherboard.
I tested my 2 Gtx 980 Ti's with Kombustor and they both work perfectly.

Do you guys think its my motherboard??
I am currently using my computer right now and nothing is happening so far. It only starts crashing sometimes when i play games such as Arma, Insurgency, TeamFortess 2 Etc...
