Dynamic link library shlwapi dll

Hi,
Im trying to update to Internet Explorer8 and while its extrcting I get this error-dynamic link LibrarySHLWAPI.dll.

IE8 doesn't run on Windows 2000. You're stuck with 7 until you upgrade to a newer OS.
