Dynamic Voltage Scaling

I'm looking for a motherboard that supports the mobile Athlon 4 (though it doesn't have to be a laptop motherboard). By support, I mean it handles the dynamic voltage and frequency scaling of the PowerNow! technology.

Are there any motherboards out there that will work?
