dz68bc don't start

I have a PC with the motherboard Intel DZ68BC which was wroking fine for a long time until recently, when the motherboard stop be able to initialize. In the board's lcd, the Port 80h POST Code displayed is 15 for a few seconds and after that change to 20 forever (I need shutdown manually). that codes means the following (according to the manual):

15 - Exit early platform init driver
20 - Resuming from S2 state

I googled about this S2 state and found this link, with this description:

S2 - Stand By - CPU and system cache context is lost
S2: The CPU is powered off, this state is rather less found.

ANyone can tell me how to fix this problem:

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| Can you go into BIOS and change the standby power states? Disable all of them and see if your system is responsive again.
