Question E Disk keeps disappearing

I was playing game and it randomly crashed, i checked and my E disk where game was installed disappeared, I rebooted PC it did not work, i shutdown unplugged ssd from mobo and plugged in. i booted and it works for about 3-4 minutes, then it disappears

crystaldisk says that it is at 99% health, what can be issue?

Update it is working somehow for now… i played games and it has not disappeared, its been on for an hour, i restarted pc several times and it is still here.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

If the drive disappears when taxed, then perhaps it's on it's way out. Speaking of SSD's, does it get hot when it's taxed during the drive going missing? Try and use another data cable.

Adding to Lutfij's advice - I'd strongly recommend you to copy full S.M.A.R.T. data from crystaldisk (when Ctrl+C are used, all relevant data are copied to clipboard as plain text) and paste it in the post - also remember to

• Embed in code tags for better readability.
  
• Choose to view numbers in decimal number, the default view is hexadecimal (before copy to clipboard).
