Hello, I am stuck. I have a Dell Inspirion laptop and have formated the HD and removed the partions. Have tried booting from a USB HD and have also tried another burned disk. No change will not install. Please help.

did you set the boot from USB device in BIOS?, tell me about the burned disk you are trying to use
