E6400 Retail heat sink

I'm surprised to find that my retail heatsink+fan came with a silver thermal grease which looks similar to my arctic silver. Suppose it would be ok to use it or should I find my stuff to clean it off and apply arctic silver.

Well I just went ahead and cleaned/applied AS5.
Just find it neat that it looks as though they might come with a decent thermal compound now.
