i have a nokia e71 wifi phone and i wondering if its possible to get connected to the internet on my pc through my phone via wifi?

Yes it is, my neighbour has an E72 which is similar and we managed.

However, the Nokia manual isn't great and I think I would refer to a user site like this if you need further help:

Incidentally, navigating and viewing internet on a phone is not a great experience.
