[SOLVED] Earphone Suddenly Stopped Working On PC

My earphone just suddenly stopped working on my PC. I have tried it on my phone and it worked fine, so it seems to be the problem with my PC audio out port.

Any idea how to fix this? I have reinstalled 'Audio inputs and output' drivers. But it didn't work.

-PC is able to detect earphone but no audio.

have you tried front and back audio ports?
made sure audio volume is not muted and at a audible level?
when plugged have you made sure this device is chosen as "default" device in Control Panel > Sound?

No, I only have one audio port and volume is not muted.

However, I did manage to fix it though after watching a tutorial video. Still have no idea why it has happened though.
