Easy to fit CPU fan for overclocking

Hi all,
I'm currently rocking an AMD 860k CPU with a stock cooler, I want to replace the cooler to this:

I've heard this cooler can just snap on to FM2+ sockets, but I want to be careful before buying, as my warranty on the pc stops me from taking the actual motherboard out the PC.
Does anyone have any experience with this CPU, and if so, how easy was it to set up?

Cooler Master claims that it will fit into FM2 sockets. They usually come with many brackets to be able to support each socket. HOWEVER, you will need access to the back of your motherboard to install this cooler, so keep that in mind if you're using a prebuilt.

I've had the pc for a few months now, and have around a year left on the warranty.

You shouldn't need to take the mobo out anyway, so you don't need to void the warranty in that way.
