Hello, my PC shuts down autonomously then restarts with a beep sound and displays a message
saying the following problems were detected during boot up: processor thermal trip. what does this mean

Well... There may be many reasons like dust, not well placed cpu cooler... just remove your side panel and clean the dust, (if there is any) check the cpu cooler...
Of course, do this while your pc isn't on!!!
