Ebay Used Computer Upgrade

Hello.
I just found an eBay computer for 100 and here are the specs
CPU Intel core 2 duo 2.2ghz
GPU AMD radeon 5450
Storage 500gb
Psu don't remember but will upgrade
Memory 8gb ddr2 ram
Should I get it and upgrade CPU, gpu, and psu? It comes with windows 7 and a monitor.
If I do get it and upgrade, I will get the radeon hd 7770, the Intel core 2 duo 3.0 GHz, and a 450 watt psu.

Personally I wouldn't do that, as it's on the LGA775 which is a dead socket and parts are typically hard to find. I'd try to find something with a celeron or pentium processor, that will be on the 1150 socket.

You'd have to upgrade everything. So no - its not worth buying.
