Question Echo in headphones with Rog Strix B450 motherboard ?

Hello everyone, I have a Rog Strix B450 Rev.1 and I would like to know if someone has the same thing as me, I have an echo in each headphone that I connect to the PC, whatever the port, I always have an echo. I have tried new headphones like the hs60 etc and there is still an echo, I would like to know if someone can help me or knows what the problem is ?
