Question Echo Moss hard reset

Hello everyone !

I bought an Echo Moss smartphone and I lost my code to unlock it .

So, I wanted to access to the smartphone's boot loader. Many sources on the internet say that to go to the boot loader I have to hold power button and volume up.

But it didn't work. Maybe it's not the good way. I tried to search the good way in the user manual but there was nothing.

I tested the volume buttons and they work.

So could you help me please and tell me what I should do to access to the boot loader.
