I think you mean CPU.

Do they provide any TDP limit? I'd expect the PSU to be a constraint. Do they say how many Watts it can output?

Probably no point in asking about CPU's based on the last part "ECS didn't say if it plans to sell this system as a barebones..."

So obviously this info isn't out yet.
