Is that normal that I can hear noises and music is distorted. I used
drivers from original installation CD and drivers from SIS's website.

A cheap sound card is better than using what's on board and you should have
amplified speakers. Various things can affect the sound like some software
that cools the CPU, the wrong NIC or modem, etc.

I'd try different versions of drivers for motherboard etc.. You have
4 to pick from. Try them and see if it fixes your problem.
