I think it was supposed to read "PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots". They'd already mentioned the 3.0 x16's

[citation][nom]doron[/nom]"Both models also pack two PCI Express 2.0 slots"You probably meant 3.0[/citation]
No, he states : "The latter packs support for three PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots, while the Z77H-A2X supports two PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots"

So they support both PCI 3.0 and 2.0.

Whoops, missed that. Thanks :)

[citation][nom]dgingeri[/nom]I wouldn't care if it was solid 24k gold, I still wouldn't touch anything by ECS.[/citation]

[citation][nom]spookyman[/nom]HmmECS short for "Extremely Crappy Systems"?[/citation]

I don't know about your experiences with ECS, but mine have been just fine. For example, my ECS 890GX AMD motherboard is running well even with my Phenom II 1045T and a decent overclock and has been for almost a year. I wouldn't have recommended that board for very high overclocking, but this board here seems fine to me.
