[SOLVED] EDC for CPU at 95%+?

Hi! I recently built a new pc:
MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F
GPU: Geforce GTX 1070 FE
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200
CPU: Ryzen 2600x
Heatsink: Thermaltake ux100

I installed ryzen master to monitor my CPU's performance and I've noticed that my EDC is always at around 95% or higher. Is this normal, and are there any steps I can take to lower the percentage? The number seems to be red, so I think that means there is a problem with it haha. All of the fixes I read online are telling me to change my power settings to the AMD one, but I don't think the latest update of Ryzen Master has that option in the power options? Thanks for your help

its have that option in some version of that software , you can limit cpu usage in windows power settings
