EdgeRouter X Configuration for Outside Communication

Ive been beating my head in most of the night trying to get this solved on my own but nothing I seem to do works.

Trying to get a Vent Server set up (well its set up, just have to configure router to allow outside communication access).

My IP , xxx.xx.xxx.50 -> 192.168.1.200

Vent uses port 3784.

Ive messed around with the NAT, with the firewall rules. But an outside-the-network PC just isnt able to see the Vent server.

Im trying to connect with a PC with xxx.xx.xxx.100 IP Address (Static).

Basically what I need to know is what am I missing here on the configuration

You haven't given enough information to help. Your WAN IP is irrelevant here but can you describe a little better what you have done?

is your modem in bridge mode?

Sorry, I typed all this out the other night, in a rush. Modem is in Bridge Mode. Modem to EdgeRouter, Edgerouter to switch (via Eth4).
Ive gone into Firewall/NAT


Enable
Inbound Interface : Eth4
Translatipon : Address 192.168.1.200 : 3784
Neither Exlude from NAT or Logging is checked.
Protocal is Both TCP/UDP
SRC Address/port and Dest Address/Port and all that is empty
