Edit and play 4k HEVC

I have issuses playing and editing GoPro7 videos 4k with HEVC.
I've the latest drivers and updates.
My computer:
Intel i7-4790k 4.00GHz
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H
Nvidia GT 740
SSD kingston 1T

i'ts possible the problem is the Video Card? I tried VLC, Adobe premiere CS6, Quick from Gopro. Its possible its a config problem?

I've lag playing the HEVC videos with VLC, premiere... (all method where is playing)

Its your GPU. HEVC is hardware so older GPU don't support decoding of it.
