Hello,

Everytime I power my computer on, I click F10 multiple times which opens a Edit Boot Options thing and underneath it says

Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 10

Path: \WINDOWS\system32\win load.efi

Partition: {4e213541-c4bf-455e-8265-f1836acc6ee8}
Hard Disk: {0f908c5f-082f-402c-a520-b56c091ad1ef}

[ /MAXMEM=8589934592 /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN /NUMPROC=4 /FVEBOOT=2670592 /NOVGA ]

and then whenever I click enter, It just goes to a black screen with the ACER logo and the spinning dots underneath, and then it goes to a black screen with just the spinning dots and it allows me to move my cursor, and it never goes to the login screen, and i need help fixing it, even sometimes, it goes to this menu that says Windows failed to start. A recent hardware/software change might be the cause, and I don't know how to fix that because it does the same thing when I click enter as it does with the Edit Boot Options thing. Can someone please help me fix it without telling me to use an installation disc or flash drive or anything like that bc I dont have any of those. Thank you!

Why do you need to spam the F10 key? Can you get into Safe Mode?

You can source(borrow from a friend or neighbor) a cheap 16GB USB drive and create a bootable USB drive using Microsoft's Windows Media Creation Tool. You will need a recovery USB drive to help alleviate your predicament.
