Solution
That is because there is a value left in the windows registry relating to the program name.
Click on start, and in the search box type regedit.
Select regedit from the search list results on the left bar.

Click on the edit tab at the top of the open window.

Click on find, and type the name of the software program.

Search the registry and every time it finds a key entry relating to the program hit the delete key.
Press F3 on your keyboard to continue a search.

Delete all references to the program in your windows reg.
Till it reaches the end. No more results or key values found.

Close the window.
Restart your system.
Then re install the latest version of the software from MSI.
