Question Editing default programs

Is there a way to add another file type to the setting page where you can assign default programs, i.e. edit this list?

Thanks for your reply, Ralston 18. Sorry, I didn't realize you had posted until just now. My question was more of a generic nature. I'm sure I had a particular file extension in mind but it escapes me now. Again, my apologies.
