The EFF asked the federal appeals court of New York to rule that the FISA 702 surveillance activities are unconstitutional. Three bills also aim to "reform" reauthorize the law, but only Sen. Wyden's USA Rights Act seems to offer real reforms.

U.S. Citizens. It's time to get vocal to your leaders.... again.... Let them know how you feel about this, and how it may affect your vote in 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024, and 2028.

None of the bills mentioned here are particularly good, although the one supported by Rand Paul, and Wyden seems the lest evil of all of them.

Stop supporting repubs and dems. Vote for people not bought by lobbyists, wall street, or the MIC. Wyden speaks a lot about privacy but it's obvious he will not try and kill this crap.

But... It's already been declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. It's an issue of adherence.
