So i have this problem in some games.
Specs: r7 2700x
16gb 3200mhz ram
Rx 5700 xt
So while i play apex legends my fps is capped at 144fps even tho i have a 75hz monitor and most of the time it looksl ike im getting 20 fps on the bottom half of the screen and insane cutting in images but the fps is really stable at 144fps.
Plz help me
