Effect of higher FSB ram

Hi,

I want to purchase 4 GB ddr3 ram of fsb 1066mhz. But I am not getting the ram. I can find online but with fsb of 1333 and 1600 variant.

My processor is Core i3 First gen M 370.
Processor fsb is 933 mhz

you have to be sure your motherboard will support those mhz ram.......1066 is a bit slow if getting 1600 or 1333 be sure not to mix it with 1066. replace the 1066 when upgrading or match the 1066 if adding to it.

Is this a laptop? What is the exact, full laptop model number or the model number of your motherboard if it's a desktop? I'm assuming it's a laptop since you have an M series processor.
