Efficient ways to install drivers after OS installation (esp. without CD)

Previously, like most members here, I make it a habit of downloading all drivers from the manufacturer's site from another computer and then transfer them to a USB. Once Win 7 (with Daz loader) has been installed, I can move on and download them immediately. In most cases, I do this with relative success.

Downloading multiple files is a tiring process. Is there an efficient way to do this?

I have been presented with the following problems:

1) Upcoming rigs will include ASRock Z87 ITX and Gigabyte H87 ITX MBs. These builds will not include a CD drive. Both their websites claim to have an "Easy Driver Installer" or basically an all-in-one package of the latest drivers. I don't see such files?

Do I downloaded the network and ethernet drivers first, and then find that magical all-in-one installer?

Or do I just go to the drivers websites (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87E-ITX/?cat=Download&os=Win764 and http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4601#dl), and download everything and just install them?

2. BIOs update
It never occured to me to update BIOs, until I saw such an option to. So this is new to me. Under the drivers download pages in the links provided above, there are several updates. For ASRock, there are various updates named "Update BIOS Under XXX" and Gigabyte also showed various versions.

Likewise, do I just download all the individual files and install them? or do I download the latest one only?

3. Is there a faster and fail-proof way of doing this??...What do you guys usually do?

Thanks in advance. Most grateful.

Look for a utility for an auto driver setup from the vendor. NOT from a 3rd party paid program.

First thing you do is install the chipset driver, then video, audio, power management, anything else that sounds like it's needed.

You usually don't need everything and many support sites offer drivers for different options and versions that are not needed for everyone.

BIOS updates are not usually needed, but won't hurt if you want to update it. There is a small chance it can fail and make the motherboard unusable, but it's a very small chance.
