eGpu r7 265 + AMD A8 4500M Bottleneck or no?

so my brother want to make EGpu to his laptop cuz...the dedicated Gpu is really sucks at all...so he decided to make an EGPU...and buy the parts from Hwtool

so the question is.. : he don't know what happen's next...is it will be bottleneck or no? if bottleneck...then it's a waste for money...but if it's no...he make a Super right decision...

so guys...which one should he has? and what max power for r7 265 withot OC'ing it? i think he need a PSU...or just using Power Adaptor from laptop...i think laptop adapter has 220w power CMIIW

and one more...what do you think between R7 265 vs 750TI? which one is the best...and has no bottleneck thank you
