1. To hinder communication between protestors, making it harder to organize.
2. To prevent pictures, videos, reports of police and counter-protestor violence from leaking to the international press.

As an anti protester, I have to say that 7 days of anti protesting and no violence occurs except the withdrawal of the police and thugs of the government trying to attack and steal us. 1 day of pro protesting and you see what is on TV.
People of the world, you have let us down 🙁 , what a disgrace
