What do people from Eizo think? over $1800 for 21 inch shadow mask monitor???? are they perfect or what?

From what I've used of them they suffer from reliability problems. It's a good job they come with a decent warrenty.
However this does not make you feel any beter when you are swaping out 2 a month from a site with around 100 unit's. give me a Sony G500 any day of the week.

go for a lacie... cheaper (still way too expensive (£800 for a 22 incher back in december)) but amazing...

I have never used EIZO. But they are said to be perfect.

Tremendously accurate colour and definition. They are better than Sony profesional monitors. If you want what is considored top of the line you have to pay for it.
