I will be watercooling my corsair 540 build and I was wondering if I should get the dual bay EK-DBAY D5 or the normal EK XRES 140 Revo D5 both being Pump/Res combos. Since the case is small the Pump/Res won't be visible in the front so if I get the dual bay Pump/Res it will be visible from the front while the EK XRES 140 Revo D5 will not be visible since it will be placed in the chamber with the PSU.

One more question, is there any way I can purchase a I/O Panel for my Corsair 540? The Power switch cable has came out of the plastic holding the + and - so now I'm using the reset button to power on my system, if you know websites from where I can purchase this other than the Corsair website since I checked and there aren't any shops available near my location (Sydney AUS).

Also the case vibrates alot do you know why and how to fix it? Thank you !

Solution
As long as you place it vertically, a cylindrical reservoir is preferable as it's much easier to fill.

As for the power switch cable, if you mean that the wires popped out of the plastic housing that plugs into the mobo, you can just push them back into it if you still have it.

Case vibration is likely from a combination of all the fans and hard drives spinning (doubt it's the HDDs since if I recall correctly Corsair uses soft plastic caddies). You can reduce case vibration by using rubber screw washers (there's also some rubber vibration dampeners in 120mm and 140mm sizes readily available).

Here is how the cable looks, I tried to push it back in and it didn't stay there it just fell out again : http://imgur.com/a/Bo80K. and also I found out that the vibration was from my GPU, whenever I start up a game it start making a noise like it's vibrating.
