Wouldn't that interfere with most RAM sticks?

Only if your RAM sticks are so wide that they'd interfere with their own neighbor... look at the top picture and you can see the side of the monoblock is about the same distance away from the closest RAM retention lever as the that RAM retention lever is away from the one next to it. (hope that makes sense)

That's probably one of the most aesthetically pleasing coolers i've ever seen. Would love to see that as a part of my setup.
