Elder scrolls online on my computer?

I just preorderd Elder Scrolls Online and id like to know if I have acceptable specs to play. Id like to play on at least low settings with reasonable - good fps. I have an Intel Core I5-4440 3.1ghz processor, 12gb RAM and Intel HD 4600 graphics. Im fine with low settings just, i just want reasonable fps and the ability to play PVP without lagging out my game. Ive heard that PVP drops peoples fps. Just need some feedback

No. You don't make the graphic requirement which 8800gt or better. 8800gt is slightly better than Intel 4600. At least, you would want a 650ti or better.

Do you think its possible I could make 30 fps on lowest settings and resolution knocked down? I dont wanna go any lower than 30

I don't think you will. The minimal requirement is better than 4600 and it's probably not a good sign.

Well, I am just going based on the game debate minimum requirements. Maybe you are right and it will run fine.

Im not sure but Ill try it on my computer When it comes out. If it runs terrible Ill just return it. Thanks for your feedback though
