Save the money.
Just use canned air and use as directed.
Anything else and you may likely set up for a blast of static electricity and/or knock some component loose. Or scratch the motherboard.

No metal tools, do not go in blasting away with the canned air. Plan the shots to push dust and debris out of the case versus deeper into cracks and crevices.
I use plastic tweezers to carefully pick out large dust bunnies to avoid blasting them into smaller pieces.
One more warning (and there may be other warnings): back up first and then power down and unplug before cleaning.
