I must be in a minority that would prefer a wired connection to WiFi.

I agree though that if there is a screen they may as well make it a fully featured klipper interface - I imagine the price point may have something to do with this..

It's not hidden inside or invisible, you access it via a web browser with the printers IP address. It's actually requires you to access the Klipper Fluidd UI to properly setup Cura slicer.
