Elgato Stream Command Won't Work?

Every time I try to turn on Stream Command on the Elgato Capture app, it says

Stream Command may not work properly
Some system protocols have been replaced by a third party component (LavaSoft Web Companion). This modification is not compatible with Stream Command.

To my knowledge, I do not have anything related to LavaSoft, so it must be another third party app... could I please have a list or something that describes what interferes with Stream Command? Thanks in advance!
