Email Question

Within the Windows Live Email thing, I cannot find an email I just sent by clicking on "sent." I've always had outlook and never had the problems I have with finding, identifying, emails I sent or I have received.

Is there also a folder called "Sent items"? This is where my outgoing mail is found.
