Email trouble

Hello,
Why do emails I delete one day are back the next. Now I'm having trouble getting my emails to send.

You didn't list your mail client. If it's Outllok/Outllok express, it may be a corrupt PST file. Try running the inbox repair tool.

it could also be that your client isn't set to delete the messages from the server, thus each times it checks for new mail it downloads again all emails included those previously deleted.

Tell us what client you're using and i'm sure someone will be able to guide you to the right settings

Outlook 2007?

If you sign into gmail and look under settings, forwarding and pop/imap you will see a field for When messages are accessed with POP. You can change that setting. There is also a link there on how to configure your mail client.
