1) In Rustboro you can trade a Ralts for a Seedot. A great deal since
Seedot's extremely rare otherwise, in my opinion, and on Route 102 it
makes Ralts look very common.
It's in the house next to the gym, where
you could trade a Slakoth for a Makuhita in R/S.
2) In Fortree City you can trade a Volbeat for a Plusle. Both are very
rare, so hope you catch a Volbeat (preferably two) Not sure which house,
but I think it's the same one where you could trade a Skitty for a Pikachu
in R/S.
3) In Pacifidlog Town you can trade a Bagon for a Horsea. Probably not
worth it since Horseas aren't too hard to catch with the Super Rod. Not
sure which house it is.
4) In the Battle Frontier, you can trade a Skitty for a Meowth. Since this
is the only Meowth you'll see in Emerald, unless you trade from FR/LG, it's
a must-have. It's in the house on the left of the Battle Tower on the upper
path (if you've found Scott's house, just go to the right from there).
