if it's winter, get PLENTY of sunlight. SAD (medical) is common - seasonal affective disorder. mainly happens during winter due to being stuck indoors with limited sunlight / UV light. you could try going outside during the day, eating more vegetables (vit K is important for your brain) and possibly even using Daylight Fluorescent lights at home instead of plain CFL or incandescent bulbs.
