Today I had to disable 2 of my CPU cores due to some software problem. The software didn't like 4 cores for some reason. So i disable my cores by run>msconfig>boot>advance option>no of processors = 2.
But now i want to Enable all of my cores back so i did the same thing but now in the drop down
menu i get maximum no of processors 2.
how do i enable my 4 cores back?

What is your CPU model?

Try again by removing the health check mark
The second time marking the correct processors will appear ... I have tested it on a dual core processor
and do not forget choose Both times

Make all boot setting permanent
Tell me the result

A new solution I tried

If your system isn’t properly configured, and the number of processors in the configuration file doesn’t match the correct value
Command Prompt starts, enter the following lines:

bcdedit/deletevalue {default} numproc

plz tell me the result
