I'm trying to use the remote desktop for 2 computers with 1 router.
1 pc is working fine but i can't get access to the other one.

The other pc is running windows xp.
I tried to change the port of the remote desktop to 3390 according to this guide
so if my ip is: 192.168.1.15 I'm trying to connect with 192.168.1.15:3390
but it's not working.

I must say that the port is tested and working good.
btw I can get access to the pc while I'm using the LAN ip.

so is there any idea?

Are you using the same ip from both host to client to connect? That will not work, they will need different ip's.

In any case, instead of using windows shitty remote desktop, try teamviewer. It is free, secure and works great.

www.teamviewer.com

This is on the router GUI:

and through the pc I just allowed the remote desktop port

actually I'm using a different ip from the same LAN: one is 192.168.1.15 and the other is 192.168.1.16
I heard many bad thing about the team viewer (problems with colors and slow connection)/

*I want to fix myself: I‘m using the same ip address for the both computers but with a different port.

What do you mean -- "I‘m using the same ip address for the both computers"?? Same WAN address -- yes that would be your router. I would recommend that you set up some type of dynamic DNS pointing to your router, since you aren't guaranteed of having a constant public IP address.

When you are trying the RDP, you have it configured like this?

Some of the articles on alternate port RDP also mention that you have to create a rule in windows firewall (on the host) to let the alternate port through....
