Cool n quiet - enabled. Unless you prefer loud and obnoxious
SVM - depends on whether or not you intend to use Virtual Machines. If you do, then enable. If you don't, it doesn't matter either way.
C1E - enable, it's part of idle and sleep processes.
Core C6 - enable, it's low power sleep mode. Unless you have a really crappy old psu that doesn't deal well with the ultra low power states.
HPC mode - disable, that mode prevents the cpu from lowering clocks when the cpu is reaching/exceeding TDP. The cpu has built in hard coded instructions to lower clocks to prevent run-away temps, that mode bypasses those instructions and forces the cpu to overheat or die trying. Only extreme overclocking should enable that mode, if the cooling is good enough.
APM Master mode - enabled. Application Power Management. It allows for higher boosts in lighter loads by lowering power draw on unused cores. Won't hurt anything to disable, except performance in anything except heavy, all core workloads
