I was wanting to mess around a bit with VirtualBox, but wasn't getting 64-bit options, read I had to enable VD-t in the BIOS, but once I rebooted, it came up with an INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error. I then disabled it again, but to no avail. I didn't change any other settings what so ever either, so I have no idea how to fix it. I would very much prefer it if I didn't have to reinstall windows.

My boot drive is a RAID 0 setup with two Kingston V300 120 Gb SSD's if that helps.
Cheers

Your storage config may have changed with the Vt-d setting. Some BIOSes will change the SATA controller over to AHCI mode when Vt-d is enabled because it can't support RAID mode. Check out that setting.
Hi,

Do try to reset BIOS settings, press F9 while inside BIOS and it should set it to defaults. If it doesn't work do reseat the CMOS battery itself. If both these steps will not work go back in BIOS and see if your SSD's are listed properly and make sure that the SSD that has the OS is set as the first boot device, once done reboot your PC again and see if it will load Windows back. If all these will not work your last option would be to reinstall Windows 10.
