Enabling the disk controller in Toshiba Satellite c50-b

On a TOSHIBA Satellite C50-B. I can not install windows, when i choose a partition, there happens an error with details as below:
"Windows cannot be installed..comp. hardware may not support booting to disk. Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computer BIOS menu.

I do not know what to do now. The laptop seem to be into 'fast boot' mode - cannot completely access BIOS. There is no OS installed now, the disk as a whole, is empty - Formatted. What should I do now, help out plz!

After doing this restart your machine and press F12 to enter boot menu.
There you can choose bootable device and also find option setup to enter BIOS settings."
