Hi I have a new cheap endoscopic Borescopic usb camera but it is defective. The driver looks ok but the image of camera is very bad quality. What should I do?

The image quality is a function of the lens, not the software.
I have one as well. The image isn't the greatest, but for $25 I wasn't expecting 4k.

What are you using it for?

i I have a new cheap endoscopic Borescopic usb camera but it is defective. The driver looks ok but the image of camera is very bad quality.
The image is looking like a thermal camera image, and when I try to adjust settings nothing changes. I think is the image sensor defective. Normally it should show a picture of my room, but it shows strange colors and bad representation of objects with many pixels and not correct shape and colors of objects What should I do?

Since it's new contact the seller and return or exchange it.

That looks like a faulty camera.
Send it back.
