Enermax ERX430AWT vs Corsair CS450M PSUs

I am familiar with Corsair PSUS but not with Enermax.

How do these compare? Looks like they are both Tier 3 PSUs ... would like a Tier 2 but don't want to spend much more than $60.

Ok thanks. I was looking at one of the Tier lists and it has XFX TS 430w / 550w-SEW Seasonic listed so I was thinking the 650 may not be a Tier 2.
