Enermax second fan?

I just installed my new Enermax 465 FC supply with my ABIT KT7A board and everything seems to be working. The question is the rear fan, it is not operating, is this a problem? The internal fan seems to be working fine as is the case fan. This supply has a connector to sense fan speed and voltage but the board does not seem to have the feature to control the power supply fan. Is this normal for the PSU or is there something wrong with the PSU?

I know some power supplies' second fan need to be connected to motherboard's fan socket, not sure with your power supply.

Thanks Ed, that was it. The instructions are not at all clear on the subject.
