I've bought a new case, because my old one was to tiny.

Put everything in order and it worked. BUT the fans of the case are not working. I connected the cables properly to the fan control of the thermax giant self. But i've never seen such a weird cable to connect to the motherboard though. Checked the manual. Didn't say anything about the fan control nor the cables. So I connected the 4-pin cable to sys2, then it goes to a molex kind of splitter. where one part goes to the fan control and the other side is connected to another molex cable.
BUT it doesn't work. Tried without the power supply molex cable too. and then it didn't do anything either. I tried sys3 port too and that didn't go well too...
Please HELP.

It doesn't have power cables per fan. All the fan cables are connected to the fan controller.
Then it has a molex splitter, which one part is a stuck cable connected to the fan controller. The other part has a female input for the power supply molex cable. and the other part is for the molex to 4pin floppy drive splitter. that 4pin is connected to sys2 or sys3. One of the things happened when i tried to turn it on. 1 pc starts up but it sparks emitted from the motherboard where the cable is connected.. 2 pc doesnt turn on.
3. i remove the power supply molex cable. pc starts up but the fans arent spinning.
Don't worry about the sparking part. Everything does still work properly.
maybe the cable is faulty idk?

Is sparked because you hooked up the floppy power supply right to the
motherboard. You're lucky you did not blow it up. The fan controller has a
large HDD style plug that goes to the fan controller, that plugs in to one of
the 4-pin power plugs. Still, mine does not work either... Nothing from
the controller goes into the motherboard. The controller is for three
independent fans to control with the controller. Mine did not work
either, and it is hooked up right. LEDs on the fans don't come on either.

All the case fans are plugged into the motherboard now, as I have
the Z170-A, which has three case fan headers, and one CPU fan. IT
also has an external fan plug. So, I got the front, side and rear
fans in the motherboard. I am not using the controller at all because
it doesn't work.
